We were sitting at a crab shack on the Chesapeake Bay on Saturday afternoon. The Belmont Stakes was a couple hours away, and California Chrome was the odds-on favorite. Waiting for our crabs, I worked on a design in the event that Chrome was able to go 3-for-3, with the handy paper table mat and crayons. Well, he wasn't able to pull it off. But the crabs were delicious.
