BreakingT found itself on the national media stage again, this time in a feature on National Public Radio show Marketplace.
NPR reporter Rob Sachs visited BreakingT’s print shop in Virginia to see how the shirts are made. Sachs spoke with BreakingT president Jamie Mottram about the rise of on-demand sports apparel and BreakingT’s place as an industry leader in the hot market.
Sachs also interviewed an apparel analyst at global investment firm William Blair about the moment-driven trend. “The world seems to have now-and-day increments instead of month or year increments, from a fashion standpoint,” he said.
