Most orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days after purchase. Orders placed during a sale, promotion, or holiday may take longer to process. Our distribution center is closed on weekends and major holidays.

You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order, then another email when your order is sent to processing. That second email includes your tracking number. Tracking may not update until USPS picks up and scans your package. If your tracking shows “pre-shipment,” your order is in the queue at our facility and will be processed as soon as possible.

Yes! BreakingT ships to most international countries. International delivery timelines vary, and due to customs clearance and carrier delays, international packages can take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer upgrades for overnight or express shipping at this time.

USPS may occasionally scan a package as “delivered” before it arrives. If you still do not receive your order within 24 hours, please submit a question below or email us at contact@breakingt.com and we’ll help look into it.

If your item isn’t the right fit, or you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with a return for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Care team to request a free return shipping label. Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

We offer free exchanges because we want you to love your shirt. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the details of what you’d like to exchange. Items must be returned in original condition. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing on all in-stock exchanges.

Once your refund is issued, it can take 1-3 business days for the funds to post back to your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Sizing depends on personal preference, but our size chart is the best place to start. If you choose the wrong size, our Customer Care team can help with an exchange or refund within the policy window.

Yes. We can add plus sizes — 4XL and 5XL — to most graphics. Email us or submit a question below with the items you’re interested in and we’ll submit the request for approval. If approved, please allow about a week for the shirts to be added to the collection.

It depends on the color and style. Most of our shirts are made from either a super-soft poly/cotton blend or premium 100% combed ring-spun cotton — both are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear right out of the package.

Mystery tees and hoodies are exactly that: a mystery. You’ll receive a 3-pack of BreakingT designs in the size of your choice. The designs could represent any sport, style, or team. We do not take requests for specific graphics, and mystery items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Yes. BreakingT works with official licensing partners across pro sports, college sports, players associations, athlete NIL programs, and special events. When a design requires approval, it goes through the proper licensing and approval process.

Yes! We love hearing from fans. If you’ve got a great design idea, submit it here. If we use your idea, we’ll reach out with a freebie.

For best results, wash inside-out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly on the printed design.

Yes — but contact us quickly. If you need to change an order detail or request a cancellation, submit a question below or email us at contact@breakingt.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once your order has been sent to processing.

Yes — but please contact us right away. We can usually help before the order is sent to processing. Once an order has been sent to processing, shipping address changes may no longer be possible.

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to make billing-related changes after an order is placed. That said, if you received an email confirmation from us, your order should be good to go.

BreakingT is headquartered in Washington, DC, with corporate outposts in the Bay Area, Long Beach, CA, and Wilmington, NC. Our primary production and warehousing facility is in Gainesville, VA. Products are designed and printed in the USA.
