How long does it take for my order to ship?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days after purchase. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Virginia via U.S. Postal Service.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, and a second email when your order is sent to processing. In that second email, you will find your tracking number.

Why does my tracking say pre-shipment?

If your tracking is showing pre-shipment status, your order is in the queue at our facility and will be processed as soon as possible. Tracking will not update until your package has been picked up and scanned by USPS once your order is complete.

Do you offer overnight or express shipping?

No. We do not offer upgrades for overnight or express shipping at this time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 60 days. If your shirt is not the right fit or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will replace your order or give you your money back at no extra cost.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To request a prepaid shipping label and start the exchange or return process, please use our contact form to get in touch with us. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase to qualify.

What condition does my item need to be in?

Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase and in original condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.

How long do returns, exchanges, and refunds take?

Please allow 3-5 days for processing on all returns and in-stock exchanges. Refunds typically appear on your statement 1-2 business days after the refund is initiated. If a requested exchange item is unavailable, we will notify you first thing.

What if my order is lost or stolen in transit?

For orders lost or stolen in transit, please contact us to arrange redelivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. For most international orders, U.S. Postal Service does not track beyond the U.S. border. When customs clearance procedures are required, they can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Why is my international order delayed?

Usually packages move through customs quickly, but sometimes they can get held at the border. We do not control how long a package stays in customs, though we typically see orders released within a week for delivery. Delays are often caused by additional inspection or import fees that need to be assessed.

Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to additional import taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are separate from the U.S. Postal Service shipping charges paid to BreakingT, and customers are responsible for paying any additional customs charges required for delivery.

Where can I estimate duties and taxes for international orders?

Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order. Canadian customers can use this duty calculator. UK customers can find more information at gov.uk. Australian customers can learn more at border.gov.au.
