Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. SPONSOR & PRIZE PROVIDERS. This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by BreakingT LLC (“BreakingT”). The prize quilt is produced and fulfilled by Project Repat (“Project Repat”). BreakingT supplies the T-shirts used for the quilt; Project Repat creates and ships the finished quilt.
2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of BreakingT, Project Repat, their affiliates, and members of their immediate families/households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Giveaway begins when first announced on BreakingT channels and ends at 11:59 AM EST on 11/24 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER. Two ways to enter during the Promotion Period:
   • (a) Form Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Complete and submit the entry form on this page with all required information.
   • (b) Purchase with Code: Place any qualifying order on BreakingT using promo code QUILT10 at checkout. Use of the code provides 10% off that order and counts as one (1) Giveaway entry.
   Form entries and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) total entry per person (regardless of method, email address, account, device, or order volume). Multiple entries are not permitted; any indication of duplicate, bulk, automated, or otherwise suspicious attempts by the same person may result in disqualification at BreakingT’s sole discretion.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION. One (1) winner will receive:
   • One (1) Project Repat custom T-shirt quilt, lap-size approximately 4 ft x 4 ft (ARV US$75; based on Project Repat’s 4x4 style); and
   • Sixteen (16) BreakingT T-shirts to be used on the quilt top.
   Total Approximate Retail Value: US$75 plus the value of the BreakingT shirts selected. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer is permitted, except that BreakingT/Project Repat may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
6. SHIRT SELECTION REQUIREMENTS. The winner must:
   • Select exactly sixteen (16) shirts from eligible BreakingT inventory only;
   • Confirm their 16-shirt selection and shipping details with BreakingT by 12:00 PM (Noon) EST on 11/25 for a best effort at delivery by 12/25;
   • Use only BreakingT shirts for the quilt (no substitutions with non-BreakingT items).
   Any delay or failure to provide the selection and/or complete/accurate shipping details by the deadline may result in the quilt arriving after 12/25 and/or forfeiture of the Prize at BreakingT’s discretion.
7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT. BreakingT will provide the selected shirts; Project Repat will construct and ship the quilt per its standard processes and terms. Delivery timing depends on winner responsiveness, shipping, and Project Repat production schedules. Delivery by 12/25 is not guaranteed; BreakingT and Project Repat will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet that date if the winner meets the 11/25 Noon EST selection deadline. Neither party is liable for delays caused by the winner, carriers, or events outside their control.
8. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by or on behalf of BreakingT on or about the close of the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email used to enter or associated with the qualifying order and may be required to respond within 48 hours and/or complete an eligibility affidavit or declaration. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. NO CASH VALUE; NON-TRANSFERABLE. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other substitute. The winner may choose to have the completed quilt shipped to themselves or as a gift to another recipient, but the Prize itself may not otherwise be sold, transferred, or exchanged for monetary value.
10. MARKETING & PRIVACY. By entering, you consent to the use of your information by BreakingT to administer the Giveaway and for its own marketing, subject to BreakingT’s privacy policy. Entry information submitted via the form will also be shared with Project Repat for prize fulfillment and its own marketing communications, subject to Project Repat’s terms and privacy practices. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time; opting out will not affect your eligibility for a valid prior entry.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS. BreakingT reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, or where required by law. BreakingT may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & RELEASE. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BreakingT, Project Repat, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. NO AFFILIATION. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
14. GOVERNING LAW. The Giveaway and these Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and entrants consent to such jurisdiction.
15. WINNER LIST / QUESTIONS. For the name of the winner or questions about these Rules, contact BreakingT customer support after the Giveaway period ends and reference the “Project Repat x BreakingT Quilt Giveaway.”
