Collegiate Sales Manager,
Retail & Wholesale
📍 US-Remote
BreakingT® is the fastest licensed fan gear brand in the world, powered by our proprietary fan engagement analytics platform, CrowdBreak®. We serve sports fans by commemorating the biggest moments and emerging trends in sports with high-quality, officially licensed apparel and merchandise.
It’s an exciting time here at BreakingT. Our college business is experiencing significant growth, we’ve locked in long term collegiate licensing partnerships across top schools and athletes, and we’re expanding our footprint in retail across the country. We’re seeking an experienced sales professional to join the team and help us build on this multi-million dollar momentum. 🚀
Purpose of the Role
The BreakingT sales team, led by “Billy BreakingT” Schiazza, runs our entire wholesale business. The team’s commitment to A+ customer service and delivering quality apparel at best-in-class speed has resulted in lasting retail relationships, and BreakingT products can now be found in over 1,000 doors across the country.
As the Collegiate Sales Manager, you will come in and lead our college campus / independent collegiate retail wholesale business from Day 1, operating as the primary point of accountability across new account acquisition, buyer relationships, prebook and chase sales execution, and campus-level retail activation. You'll bring the relationships and market knowledge you already have and put them to work immediately, driving growth in one of BreakingT's fastest-expanding categories.
What does success look like? In the short term: 📝 POs in hand + new doors (🔔ring the bell!). In the longer term, you are laying the foundation for BreakingT scale and expansion across the entire collegiate market.
