BreakingT Father's Day Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Open to legal residents where BreakingT operates who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of BreakingT and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter:

• To enter, complete the signup form on our website and click the entry button. This will give you one (1) entry.
• To earn three (3) additional entries, make a purchase on BreakingT’s website after you have clicked the entry button on the signup form, before Midnight on June 15th, 2024.
• Limit of four (4) entries per person: one (1) for signing up and up to three (3) for making a purchase.

Prize:

• One (1) free BreakingT Adult T-shirt, Youth T-shirt, or V-neck each month for a year (12 total shirts), approximately valued at $400.
• The winner will be randomly selected on June 16th, 2024, and notified via email by June 16th, 2024 (Father's Day).
• The first free shirt can be redeemed immediately, and subsequent monthly shirts will be selected by responding to an email sent on the 1st of each month.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other format than a free shirt.

Selection of Winner:

• Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline.
• The selected winner will be notified via the email provided during the entry process.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, another winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

• BreakingT reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time.
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of BreakingT, which are final and binding in all respects.
• BreakingT is not responsible for any technical issues that may occur during the entry process.

Data Privacy:

• By entering the giveaway, you consent to BreakingT using your personal data for the purposes of administering the contest and contacting the winner.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
